Major AHM Shafiullah Mastan (Retd)

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Major AHM Shafiullah Mastan (Retd) is presently serving as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of NRBC Management Ltd since 15 March 2021. Previously he served in Bangladesh Army for almost 30 years. He was commissioned in Bangladesh Army in June 1992 with 26 BMA long Course in Infantry Regiment. He served in various Units, Institutions and Headquarters of BD Army in various capacity. He served in President Guard Regiment and was involved as trainer at Bangladesh Infantry Regimental Center and School of Infantry and Tactics. He was Coordinating Staff officer to GS Branch, AHQ and GOC ARTDOC. He was Adjutant of Rajshahi Cadet College too. He is an Ex-Cadet of Barisal Cadet College and a graduate from Chittagong University. He has completed his MBA from a Private University and LLB from National University. Besides, he was trained in home and abroad and completed ACAD course at BPATC and NAPA Vietnam. Widely traveled Major Shafiullah Mastan (retd) visited Thailand, Malaysia, India, Srilanka, Maldives, Singapore, Vietnam, Chaina, Turkey, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Ivory Coast. He is a Life Member of Cadet College Club Ltd and Barisal Ex Cadet Association. He is from Shariatpur and happily married and blessed with one son and one daughter.

Md. Mizanur Rahman

Deputy Manager (HR & Admin)

Mr. Md. Mizanur Rahman is Deputy Manager, HR & Admin of the NRBC Management Limited since March 2019. Just prior to join in this organization, he was engaged himself in Education Sector. He started his career in 2009. His capability of managing people encouraged him to peruse his career in HR sector. He is highly capable of dealing with Human Resource, Recruitment & Employment Issues. Besides, he is involved in interviewing, training sessions and other HR-related issues in this organization. He obtained Masters of Human Resource Management from University of Dhaka. He also completed BSc and MSc from National University. During his career, he participated in a number of workshops, trainings & seminars on different areas. He is from Barishal and happily married and blessed with two sons.

Advocate Reaz Uddin Mahamud

Deputy Manager (Legal)

Mr. Reaz Uddin Mahamud is presently serving NRBC Management Ltd as Deputy Manager (Legal) since January 2020. He has completed both his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. Hon’s) and Master of Laws (LL.M.). For his academic excellence, he has been awarded with Chancellor’s Gold Medal and also with ‘Summa Cum Laude’ Scholastic Title Honor. He is an enrolled Advocate of Bangladesh Bar Council and also a member of Dhaka Bar Association. He started his career in 2013. Just prior to join in this organization, he was engaged with several prominent organizations. He has enriched experience on legal constancy and drafting. During his career, he participated in a number of seminars, workshops & trainings on different areas.

Master Warrant Officer Billal H Talukder (Retd)

Assistant Manager (Security)

Mr Billal H Talukder is presently serving as Assistant Manager (Security) of NRMC Management Ltd since 25 March 2021. Just prior to join in this office, he served in Bangladesh Air Force as Master Warrant Officer with utmost sincerity and dedication. During his carrier at Bangladesh Air Force he also served in Defence Wing, Bangladesh Embassy, Moscow, Russia and visited various Fighter Aircraft Factory like MiG-29 and Mig-21. He also visited AIROD Aircraft Overhauling Factory at Malaysia. Beside he completed various Air Force Training and also completed Diploma of Secretariat Science under Bangladesh Technical Education Board. He was awarded peacetime Air Excellence Medal ‘BPP’. He is from Chandpur and happily married and blessed with 02 daughters.

Md. Iftekhar Rahman

Assistant Manager (Accounts)

Md. Iftekhar Rahman is the Assistant Manager-Accounts of the NRBC Management Limited since October 2021. Just prior to join in this organization, he engaged himself in RMG Sector. He started his career at Ha-Meem Group as Accounts & Finance Officer. He obtained Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) graduation degree from Department of Finance, University of Dhaka. He also obtained Masters of Business Administration (MBA) post-graduation degree from the same department and same University. During his campus life, he engaged with different social works. - Salimullah Muslim Hall-Badhon Blood Donation Society & Career Club of Dhaka University. On the other hand, during his career, he participated in a number of workshops, trainings & seminars on different areas.

Md. Rifat Rahman

Executive (HR & Admin)

Md. Rifat Rahman is currently serving in NRBC Management Limited as Executive (HR & Admin) since January, 2020. He started his professional career in 2018 as an Assistant Co-Ordinator in Minhaz Continental Company (Sister Concern of Minhaz group of Companies). He also worked in Concord group of Companies. He has capability in dealing with Human Resource, Recruitment & Employment Issues. Besides that, He is also involved in coordinating, interviews, training sessions, and other HR-related issues in NRBC Management Limited. He has completed his BBA & MBA degree from a reputed private University.
